Worst customer experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Been waiting over 3 months on my items. Have called weekly for the past month and they tell me the same thing “it will be here end of day”. Took me calling 5 times before it was escalated. I tried to cancel and they tell me they are going to charge me a 10% fee. I try returning and only have 48hrs to return. Will never deal with them again after this experience. Still no items after this whole ordeal and nothing done by Ashley’s.
Worst customer service. Nightstand came damaged I was told could not return as they send out repair man. I had to take time off work wait 3weeks for repair man to fix, all on my dime. If I want to return I am the customer. Poor customer service will not purchase there again.
I ordered a table set last December and was told it will be ready for pickup 19 of January. unfortunately it got delayed another two weeks without even letting us know until I called. Finally I got it today and still there is a problem. The table did not with the 8 pcs bolt to put the legs on the table. Called the Customer Service and was told it will take 4 weeks to get the parts and hang up on me. Now I am on hold to get in touch with someone for 45 minutes now. not buying on this store ever!!
