Amazing customer service at the Rona in Pierrefonds. The employees in the hardware/quincaillerie section were extremely resourceful and friendly. Would highly recommend shopping at this location.

I was looking for the one thing RONA does not sell and that team not only built it for me, they also cut it down to size for me and charged me a reasonable price! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.I have been there 2 days in a row to try and buy some flooring.1st day nobody to cut it. 2nd day to much junk in front of the flooring.When the pissed of employee tried to move it every thing fell over so he left.After half an hour I found him again and he said it probably will not get done today!Nobody cares.Ill try again today
