Very wired experience , mother and me with the little kid we went there want to open a safe box . The guy asked us to wait . While we were waiting 2 Chinese guys came to the receptionist . They grouped together and asked the receptionist with a low voice “what she s doing ?“. I was just next to them using the coffe machine. I felt bad about myself for seeming like we were there to steal coffee. it s absolutely unacceptable in a customer service field . weren’t they trained well to how to respect
I always get great service, no matter what my needs are. The only thing I find difficult to manage, is the staff turnaroud. Banks are the starting point for many carreers I guess, because it takes no time and the employees move on.
