Personnel incompétent et arrogant. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils disent que leurs chauffe eau exceptionnels peuvent durer jusqu’à 16 ans et 2 mois c’est de la vraie Foutaise! La durée de vie utile d’ un chauffe-eau est de 10 à 12 ans...À éviter à tout prix quand vous avez d’autres choix!
Ont mal fait l installation et ça coulait, ils disent que c est de l humidité qui coule sur nos tuyaux. Depuis qu ils ont refait leur job mal fait ça ne coule plus.
I have a very bad experience with Hydro Solution(HS). I recently just bought a house with a heater rented from HS. the previous owner only paid 16.59 every month, but HS charged us more than 21$/month.
My wife called them several times, and different people give different answers. One said the promotion of 16.59 was finished, another one said the price of 16.59 is regular. A third one said we can get 2 years promotion of 16.59 and sent me an email to confirm that.
