The job has not been done THREE MONTHS after signing the contract. I was promised the windows would be installed in 8 to 10 weeks when I paid 30% down payment. The worst part is they start avoiding your calls and do not reply emails after a while. Maybe they run out excuses and just don't even care to lie. Honestly I don't know what should I do. Though I do know a legitimate company does not run business like this.

Arsen did an excellent job replacing our window. Great customer service and quality of workmanship.

We used Vinyl City Windows & Doors to replace 2 aging patio doors. In both cases, they ordered the incorrect patio doors as they opened from the opposite side from our original doors. We accepted one of them but stood firm on getting the other one corrected. It opened against a wall where there was a hole on the ground leading to a basement window. They blamed us for getting the wrong doors ordered and then wanted us to pay for a third door to get it switched out. We refused and they relented.

Promises and non delivery. Waiting for a year now to complete sub par work this company did. Not a complex job - Cant even install two windows right. A joke of a company.

I had 2 window installation jobs and picked Vinyl City. BIG MISTAKE! For the first job, they got a window size wrong, took out my old window and cant install the new one. Left a BIG HOLE on the side of my house for almost 2 weeks. no apologies at all! second job, the quote they give me were based on measurements MUCH LARGER than the actual window. When I found out later, I called to point out their trick, and what bad attitude they gave me! Credited me $180 but who knows how often they do this!
