I visited this afternoon and I have to say... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. There is not enough room in here to explain this horrendous experience. SAVE YOURSELF PAIN, EMBARRASSMENT AND TIME.. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Ask your doctor for another referral! Technician did not speak English, was INSANELY rude and judgmental. Receptionist was SO rude and dismissive. It was DIRTY in there, bed was filthy. DO NOT GO... I wish I hadn't!!!
receptionist and technician were very rude,not welcoming environment at all...ended up leaving the place...just for reader's knowledge: how's it possible a patient being asked where's the billing number,when a person doesn't have idea what that is...holding the OHIP-card til the end of the procedure of Mammogram,when normally should have been given to the client right away after the info taken...in general in the center of Etobicoke,called a good area,finally such rude staff,unfortunately...
