When I recently reached the Transportation Department with a concern, I was treated with a very dismissive attitude by the office staff. The fact that they would, for all their overtures of "care", be so offhandedly rude struck me to the point that I registered on this site to warn people that SPRINT is not all its claims itself to be. The manager failed to respond as well. Good luck!
