Employees don’t listen. Ordered a large cafe mocha half coffee half WHITE hot chocolate. They hand me a medium. I said this is supposed to be large. So they remade it and handed back to me. I come home and open it and it’s a large hot chocolate. Not even close.
Mixed reviews on this Timmies location. The staff are all excellent and the food great. But I fear for my safety at times. There is an element of smelly, grubby men who linger for hours that ruin it for everyone.
For a fast-food establishment, most times service isn't very fast. Sometimes you are waiting in line 20 min. or more to even get served. This is utterly ridiculous, and you can go to almost any other Tim's in town and get served way faster than this location. Heck, I can even go to another non-Tim's coffee shop and get served within 2 min. tops. That's the way it should be. Need better management to get these "SLOW" people either moving faster or eliminate them from their duties.
very slow two people waiting in line 6 or more workers and i had to wait 20 min to be served because there serving the drive up first . they need to talk to tim hortons at finch and confederation and let them train there staff there just as busy and your in and out no time at all
This locations drive thru is the worst! I used to come here at least 5 times a day, would drive out of my way to come, then the ppl who where working changed, and new ppl where hired, and now everything takes extra long, and 8 out of 10 times my tea is wrong. Today I went there and when ordering the girl asked me to confirm what was in my tea, and i did. When i got to the window, she tried to give me hot chocolate instead of chocolate milk, and said it was mt fault for not reading the screen. I left and just before getting home, i opened my drink to find there was no cream. Also the chocolate milk my daughter got was sour. I drove to tims on vidal st and they fixed everything for me. They also had to do the same thing for me yesterday. Not happy
Today I had a problem with Vidal street location twice for making our food wrong and giving us wrong order. When they told me I should have checked my order before i left their property my wife took our wrong order to this location. Indian Rd. They fixed the order from another locations store. Apologized even though their store didn't make the mistake.
