Lakes Pro Paint and Lacquer Centre

They sold me expensive Aura Bathroom and Spa paint that was obviously old/frozen thawed because I had to continually pick lumps of glue off the wall. Had to throw half of it out. I understand that it can happen sometime, what I couldn't understand is that I had to fight to get a refund/exchange. The woman at the front desk was rude and argumentative. Very bad customer service skills and I really hope they are storing the paint properly.

Ordered on the phone....received good advice on application upon picking up the deck products. Courteous and quick. They are my "go to" from now on!
