They sold me expensive Aura Bathroom and Spa paint that was obviously old/frozen thawed because I had to continually pick lumps of glue off the wall. Had to throw half of it out. I understand that it can happen sometime, what I couldn't understand is that I had to fight to get a refund/exchange. The woman at the front desk was rude and argumentative. Very bad customer service skills and I really hope they are storing the paint properly.
