UPS Customer Centres

I was there this morning (Nov 25) to drop off some packages for the first time. The parking lot is very full, as I pulled in, a UPS truck started honking very very aggressively non stop because I couldn't get out of his way fast enough in the parking lot. I was trying to move but they kept honking and basically I had to pull into a ditch to get out of their way. Terrible experience, left completely shaken up. Unbelievable. I will be filling an official complaint.

Absolute horrendous customer service. Woman on the phone talked to me like I was 10 years old.

Terrible customer service. Rude women who must hate her life and takes it out on UPS customers. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible person on the phone. Answered my call and she did not make me finish my sentence and told me YOU NEED TO HOLD. She keeps interrupting me while i was telling her what the issue was. No help at all!

Package was scanned in to town 6 days ago. I have been given 4 days of END OF DAY commitment from them by email. Still has not arrived and is now listed in transit without END OF DAY promise. I call the 18007425877 and it only comes up busy, no hold, no message. Emailed and they tell me it could take 7 days to answer my email. WHAT A DISASTER!!!!
