    My wife and I (both in our mid 70’s) bought a Palliser sofa and chair from Jordan’s paying over $4,000 for them. With just 8 or 9 months of use the foam in 6 of the cushions collapsed by as much as 3” / 75 mm !!! We phoned and emailed Jordan’s to be told “your cushions haven’t collapsed, they’ve relaxed.” We have complained to Jordan's the offered to refill ONE of the cushions, WITH THE SAME FOAM, what use is that !!! We have had a BAD experience purchasing from Jordan's.
