Chickadees Cuts & Colors

Laura is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. the last time I went in, I brought in a picture of ombré, and that I also wanted the rest dyed darker. she glanced at it and said she "had it" I asked her if she needed me to leave it up, she said no. She proceeded to give me bright blonde highlights from my roots, and said it was a "miscommunication" and called me a brat several times for telling her there was no excuse for the mistake, or miscommunication. She then bleached the underneath.....
