Highly unprofessional office management
Having a regular physician at this clinic means *nothing* when trying to contact the front desk staff to book an appointment. You will be directed to an automated operator, which will tell you to dial 20 to book an appointment with your regular physician. Don't bother - you will only get a message informing you that nobody is there to answer your call, and to please leave a message. Don't bother with that either: nobody will ever call you back. I have left repeated messages many times since I got a doctor at this clinic, and have *never* been called back. If you have a regular physician at this clinic, and want to make an appointment, the only way to do it is to go to there physically, and even then that's not a certainty. The last time I went down there, the support staff booked me into an appointment on Easter Monday. When I realized the mistake I tried to contact them to re-book, but to no avail - they must have realized their mistake at some point but did not bother to contact me to inform me or to re-book me. I have never encountered such brazen unprofessionalism nor outright negligence from a medical clinic ever in my life. I'm more astounded than anything, really, as to how they get away with it....
