Flow-Rite Eavestrough

Agonizing process to have the work completed, dragged out for an extended period of time. Terrible communication with no notice when personnel will arrive or complete work. Work is not completed as agreed upon. They leave an absolute mess, expect screws and trim pieces throughout your yard. Will take your money and will not answer your phone calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I highly recommend. Trustworthy experienced expert team. They pointed out bona fide problems and errors with the previous installers work, and made several improvements to the layout and flow of the eavestroughs...did not just replace the old. Speedy installation, started the job within minutes of providing the estimate. Reasonable rates and LOVE the gutter guard product they installed in the eavestroughs.

Very impressed! Doug and his men were courteous and efficient, even on cold, windy days, and tidied up nicely after the job! We really trust the quality of the eavestrough and gutter guard and are glad we never have to clean out the eavestroughs again.

Doug and his team at Flow Rite installed soffit and fascia on my home 5 years ago. They did a wonderful job!! And here is the great part......last week.....5 yrs later!!! I had a small issue with a loose downspout he installed. He came back to the house....fixed it all up good as new!! and no bill to pay. I was completely impressed with his friendly customer service....again 5 yrs later!! Thank you again Doug. I would and do recommend Flow Rite to anyone who asks. Top Drawer!!

Didn't complete the work but sure cashed the cheque. Now he wont answer the phone.
