Without exception this restaurant fails to include something in the take out bag. Sometimes its a little dissappointment like soy sauce or fortune cookies that you can't complain about (let me tell you though, the kids DO complain over these 'minor' absences). Other times its an entire dish or two! The worst part is that because of their chronic dissorganization and complete lack in customer service your chances of getting reimbursed for their mistakes are entirely hit and miss. Don't believe them when they say that they'll give you a credit on your next meal!

Food was OK on our last visit... it was busy and so everything was fresh and plentiful.
I had coupons from the local paper which I wasn't able to present to the waitress. I presented them to the cashier who after much arguing and little english, refused to apply them to the kids portion of the bill, although it said nothing on the coupon. (Come on... it's 2$ off of $40.00 5%... talk about a lack of goodwill!) I promptly gave the coupons to the gent behind me to use!
