We couldn't be happier with the whole project experience with Sean and his crew from start to finish. Communicated with us every step of the way (unlike many other contractors we've dealt with in the past), was professional and courteous, and most importantly did an amazing job on our pergola and made our vision come to life! We had some exterior woodwork home maintenance to take care of. Most carpenter were too busy to take this small job. Ultimately S.M.D. Carpentry agreed to help us and they did a wonderful job even in the rain. They did more work without charging. They made some suggestions with some photos for prevention. I strongly recommend S.M.D Carpentry, they are responsible, honest, on time, clean and reasonable.
