Front receptionist has repeatedly been rude, condescending, bitter at life to my family every single time we walk in that front door. I approach her with respect, and a smile. And she'll return your politeness with a discrentled smirk from her high horse secretariat job every time. She's good at booking appointments and photocopying. That's it.
Good Doctors at this clinic. Unfortunately Dr Otitoju left so I haven't returned. Thankfully.
Upon arrival when asking very politely how long the wait times were; the receptionist responded extremely inappropriately; was very rude and unbelievably persistent in her rudeness; ironically enough there was a sign posted on the wall stating " we do not tolerate harassment"..Right?! Never go there!
