Thus clinic is atrocious. My Fam doctor retired and we were left scrambling. This is close to home. The front staff are very rude, are absolutely unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. On their cell phones, gossiping etc. I have had to wait, with an appointment, for over an hour every single time. No appointment is 3 hours plus. Female (new) doctor is okay, but the male physicians are horrendous. On more than one occasion I was not examined at all simply asked a few questions and prescribed medication. I had an xray done and had to call them two weeks later to which I was told there was no work order but if I wanted to come in to talk about my results I could. What a joke! The last time I went in I was prescribed a medication that wasn't sold in Canada, and my daughter was prescribe medication that is not given to young kids (our pharmacist at London drugs caught it thank goodness). Are these physicians properly accredited to practice in Canada? I'm not so sure. Avoid this place please. Go elsewhere.
