I just want to say thank you to Sheryl/ Cheryl she’s very nice and accommodating, I phoned in and asked her if I can walk in because I need to see my Doctor and she made it happen despite my doctor's busy schedule. Thank you ?
Saturday evening , was feeling the weather , walk in . Welcomed by Chryl , and Richerd with smile face . I felt half batter already . I supposed to wait longer however some booking did not show up. Chryl let me in . Not to mention they carry professionalisms . I can tel they love the job . Way to go medicenter .
Friendly ,helpful staff .A very popular place for walk in patients, which can make wait times longer.I moved across the city and still go here.
Rude staff, unprofessional, one guy asked how long the waiting will be and one of the staff member replied him that unfortunately every one came back......if some one is sick he will come back after getting register.
Front staff are very unprofessional and don't understand what customer service means. They called to speak to my daughter- who is under 18. I told them I am her mom. They wouldn't release any information. When I called back to speak with the manager to find out why they had called, I was told by Frank Kress that he couldn't say why they called (and he wouldn't look into why) and that results can't be released over the phone. I asked if the results from her tests are in. He wouldn't say.
Admin staff at the front desk are very unprofessional. While I was waiting, I overheard two of them gossiping about the one patient that had just been placed in one of the doctor rooms. Very rude admin and unorganized as well.
Do NOT use this medicentre. It is so poorly run. I quickly lost confidence in the way the staff was running the clinic after the sixth time I had to watch the staff fight with one another. It was uncomfortable. Go anywhere else. Please. I have the patience of Job yet I wanted to cry by the time my name was finally called.
Medicentres have been described as "third world medicine". Why reinforce the stereotype? The waiting room was bare. No carpet, no magazines, not even any medical type brochures, very uncomfortable armless chairs(and think how long you wait at a medicentre).Abrupt, vague and unhelpful front line staff.Surely this centre can do better.
