The Urban Painter

Jon and Dave, the two brothers who run The Urban Painter, aren’t afraid to be labelled old fashioned or traditional. According to Jon, there’s value in the old school ways of doing things, especially when it comes to customer service. “When The Urban Painter started, the goal was to modernize the professional painting experience,” he says. “We wanted to be reliable, so when people used us, they knew the painters would be on time, they’d look professional, and they’d make sure the worksite was clean before they left – ensuring we provide each of our clients with a positive painting experience.”

Like many painters, Jon got his first taste of the profession while putting himself through university. He soon decided to open his own painting company, The Urban Painter. He continued the business after graduation and, today, he and his brother, Dave, run the business together with a focus on interior, exterior, commercial and residential projects.
