After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. Constantly lied about who’s in charge, and refuses to tell you for example, a washer and dryer is coming in; even though you are guaranteed a date. Awful customer service in all.
I went to the Brick in Deerfoot Meadows on Sunday and bought a sofa. The salesperson I dealt with was Aminata K. She was very professional and personable and really helped me make my decision. She was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. All in all it was a very pleasant experience!
