We bring have brought our 2 cats there a few times, first 2 times were positive but the last time we were in the vet was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. While doing the exam he did not vocalize to us what was happening or what to prepare for (as we were holding the cat) resulting in my partner being scratched. I had follow up questions that were left unanswered because the vet left the room quickly and did not return. His exam was rough on the cat and he ended up cowering in his kennel
