I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole is warm, kind, and ascertained that we were well-cared for. She booked us on a Saturday morning at the last minute. Bruce fixed our transmission line in record time so we wouldn’t miss out on our holiday weekend. He advised us to wait until Monday morning to replace the ball joint and wheel bearing which saved us a few hundred dollars as most parts shops were closed on Saturday. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Read more

Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service. But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply.
