Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me. Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Read more

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate. Highly recommend Kal Tire New West Thank you! Read more

Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely. Highly recommend! Read more
