We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! If you are looking for a spot to hang with your friends and watch the game then you definitely need to hit up Whitby St.Louis. They pride themselves on their staff as well as ensuring that any major game that is playing is on every TV. This means hockey, baseball, football, UFC, golf- you name it they have it. Oh and the wings, fries and garlic dip is delicious. My personal favorite is the Hot n Honey wing sauce or the Suicide wing sauce. I would suggest going on Tuesday for wing night, or on Thurs or Fri which is their busiest nights. They have a huge regular following from 3pm to 5:30pm so if you are looking for some company at the bar, this is the time to go!

We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before

Not a bad place to get some wings and beer.
We have been there a couple of times and have left happy both times.
The place was very busy as there was a Leaf game on and we were seated right away and served right away.
Remember, you are going to a sports bar and the food is good for a sports bar.
We had wings and the club house sandwich with fries and a couple of pitchers of Bud. Overall, pretty good!
