I've checked many apartments within Downtown, and they are way more expensive compare to what Habitations Du Centre Ville is asking for. Habitations Du Centre Ville is situated within Chinatown, close to everything that you need. Living there is extremely convenient!!!!

I don't know who wrote the other two reviews about our manager Ranaa but I can tell you from my experience of living here for many years that Ranaa is not racist. Whenever I have a problem, she makes sure that it is taken care asap.
The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the place is very clean. I feel lucky and privilege to live in Le Parc.

The building is very well located. You have a pool and a gym inside. Security guard 24h, live-in concierge, garage. Located in 1-minute walk from metro Guy-Concordia (2 exits). Very close (1-minute walk) from Concordia University, John Molson Business School, buses 55, 74, 165, restaurants, shops, stores.
The studio is located in the heart of downtown but is located in a calm area. Ideal for students and young professionals.
Definitely no noises as people may say... very chill !
