    Absolutely horrific!!!! Our delivery order never arrived and the woman on the phone here was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do and I should call skip the dishes. After 2 hours, I called back to re-order our food and at first she wouldn’t answer my call and then when she did, she hung up on me before I re-order. I have been ordering from Rice & Noodle for years, but never again!! I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully by any establiahment. Shame on them!

    Be careful!! I've ordered before, and the food is mediocre at best. I order only when first choice is closed. I ordered delivery. I was not sent my complete order. When I called to let them know, the phone was changed over between too many hands, and I was told repeatedly that I was wrong, I received my whole order and that I was lying. Unacceptable! I had to call back several times because they kept telling me they would call me back. Fiinally I got an apology from them, and that THEY forgave ME for what happened. I asked for a refund, that I wanted to send the food back, but that was an ordeal. Still waiting on the credit card statement to be sure that they did not in fact try charging me. good luck!
