Last night at 1:00 a.m. my phone and internet service was not working, and by extension, my medical alarm system. I woke a friend to phone Shaw. The response at Shaw was that the office was closed, that I should use their message online. My friend does not have internet - how was I to do that? This is the second time I have experienced their customer service as woefully lacking, and regret having made a contract with them.
