At the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, which took place on June 12 and 13 in Saguenay, I was elected president of the Réseau FADOQ. I first want to express my personal happiness and pride at heading the largest organization of seniors in Quebec and across Canada. I completed a career in the education sector as both a high school and elementary school teacher, then served as a pedagogical advisor and school principal. In total, I've spent 34 years developing learning. It is with a great deal of professionalism and rigour that I will put my abilities and experience to use to benefit all members of the Réseau FADOQ.I am known for my listening, action, transparency, approachability and hands-on approach. For the past four years, I have been president of the FADOQ –Mauricie region.
