We hired them to do house cleaning and shampoo some furniture after a renovation.
When I came home that evening and turned on the TV there was a 3” wide white stripe down the screen.
It was so obvious that one of the team knocked something into our 65” flat screen TV and cracked the display.
Accidents happen. They must be insured.
Yet I could not get management to acknowledge the possibility that their staff caused the issue.
Could not even get them to visit and see the problem.
Juste pas terrible comme nettoyage. Ce n'est pas la fin du monde notre tapis n'étais pas pire après leur visite mais je trouve qu'on a payé cher et le résultat est décevant.
Une prochaine fois je vais en essayer un autre
