I pressed my mother’s fall pendant today to show her that it’s working as she said she had dropped it on the floor the day before and it didn’t go off and that made her nervous, I told the guy that answered that I was reassuring my mother that it works. He answered “yup” and hung up. How unprofessional of an attitude is that. How about an answer like “ yes Mrs. M. be reassured that it is working.”. How disappointing to have that kind of attitude from someone who’s supposed to be professional.

I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue. Thanks you for being such a great business, its rare!
