I pressed my mother’s fall pendant today to show her that it’s working as she said she had dropped it on the floor the day before and it didn’t go off and that made her nervous, I told the guy that answered that I was reassuring my mother that it works. He answered “yup” and hung up. How unprofessional of an attitude is that. How about an answer like “ yes Mrs. M. be reassured that it is working.”. How disappointing to have that kind of attitude from someone who’s supposed to be professional.
