These dumbed down best buy stores are just a bell scam. One more way to telemartket us. I was in there for the first time and was told they are jointly owned by bell.......and then went on the hard sell to change my services to bell, what am i paying, how long i've been with carrier etc. All I wanted was a phone charger. Avoid these scammy stores as much as possible. Yet one more reason to boycott best buy.
