This family run business is fabulous. They were very kind and helpful to me when another automotive shop tried to take advantage of me. They are honest, timely and make sure you are kept updated as work goes along. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend them highly enough. Susan

The owner (new as of last April), with whom we spoke on the phone, was able to get us in quickly and at a fraction of the price the other shops had quoted. Not only did they get us in the next day, they did a physical diagnostic as well as the digital diagnostic to ensure the problem was coming from that source. Other shops had quoted us 3.5h for this procedure - Williams got it done in 1.5h. The owner even offered to stay late so we could get our vehicle that evening. We would recommend to all!

As a young woman and student, going to the repair shop always caused me tons of anxiety. From the moment I dropped my car off I felt a welcoming and kind presence and knew I had made the right choice. Excellent customer service, speedy repairs, and most importantly honest workers with a killer sense of humour. They are the kind of folks you would want to grab a beer with. Luckily for me my beater of a car will always need their help and I will always recommend them in the future!! They rock!!

This guy is honest. I figured I was in for 1000 at least with a clunky front end. Dropped truck off, walked home, phone rang...truck is ready. WTH! Went back. It was a loose bolt that he found while doing thorough inspection of the many components. I have never taken this truck to a shop 'cause i do the work myself. Now I am keen to have something go wrong so I can go back.

Fuel pump went on my 89 Trooper. Despite lack of time, the guys at Williams Automotive fixed my truck that day, and for a fair price too. Was nice to actually speak to the guys as they worked on my truck, and have things explained to me in a way I understood. Highly recommended!

Recently my 2006 Nissan developed at rough running condition. I contacted Jerry, the owner, and Bob, his 'Right Hand Man', who asked me to stop my and they would check it out for me. Immediately upon my arrival Jerry scanned the on board computer, determined the cause of the condition, and replaced the necessary component. All of this within an hour of my arrival, and at a very reasonable price. It was nice to be able to talk directly to the technician who actually worked on my vehicle, unlike t
