My young teenage ...
My young teenage son came to your salon this afternoon for a faux hawk. Unfortunately the teenager that cut his hair is unfamiliar with that cut. She gave him a hideous rectangle landing strip. She said "there how's that ?" well he was so upset that he said "no it's ruined just cut it off." Then instead of speaking to his grandmother she shaved his head. She was rude and mad. She didn't even brush the cut hair off. He was able to wipe his hand across his head and brush gobs of hair off. This is absolutely unacceptable and if you're going to hire inexperienced kids to work in your salon the least you could do is monitor them.
