This place has horrible customer service. When I called, just to more or less let them know about my terrible experience, the manager was even more rude. I kept getting interrupted and excuses for the poor service. I was also told in a very demeaning way to "mayve check out a school downtown like VCC". The manager kept trying to convince me that I was wrong. Even though my haircut took twice as long as I was told during the consultation and the price was more than I was told it was going to be.
I finally got around to getting my mid length hair cut off! I was happy to have it done at Zinc as they made me feel at ease with the process. I enjoyed the coffee while I waited for my appointment too! Great hair cut - thanks Allison!!
World class hair salon in the middle of the city with on street parking. Excellent customer service, always on schedule and no waiting around. The cuts and colours I get are always fresh, up to date and modern. My hair has never felt better. I love this salon and can not recommend it enough!
