Illusion salon ha...

Illusion salon has a variety of nail polishes for a regular manicure, as well as a Shellac gel. If you're looking for a great experience with shellac gel manicure and pedicure, this is the place! I left absolutely delighted and in glee. The Illusion staff are phenomenal friendly people, all around.

Absolutely Aweful!! Steer Clear...

I had the most horrible experience here with the staff! My sister and I received teambuy vouchers for christmas for mani/pedi and massage. We were running late for our appointment and repeatedly called the salon ahead of our appointment to let them know - no answer, so we left a message. When we got there, I tried to ask what order we were doing the services in and an aesthetician, in broken english, tried to tell me that we're only doing mani/pedi. I have no idea what she's talking about so she brings out her "manager". In the rudest and most inhospitable tone, the manager tells me that because we were late we have to pay $15 extra for our massages (after the first girl said $10). I tell her that nowhere on our voucher was there written anything about late penalties and, especially since we called in advance, it was unfair and not backed by any policy. She responded that it was our fault since she didn't have the pin for her voicemail and so couldn't get the message!! The staff refused to give back our vouchers and denied us any service at all. They were completely rude and only one girl had a mediocre enough grasp of english to even help us out at all. I am appalled that this place is still standing. Guess since they're doing teambuy it's a sign that business isn't so great anyways... Steer clear if you want to be treated like your business, and not your money, is what matters.
