Well I bought a new phone and I thought everything was great until I walked out that door then my data plan was wrong,the phone did 27 updates and used all of my data which was to be 2 gbs but was only one also I was promise a case that was ordered in for me and it was given to someone else and then was told they couldn't get anymore.Then the bill came and I was very upset once I found out that I didn't receive the 2 gbs I will never deal with these untrained kids again I'm so sad and upset.
