    I love bringing my dogs to The Groom Room, have always had great grooms and have always had great service. Recommend highly

    15/12/18 Dropped off 2 dogs 1 cat at GR. 2.5 hrs later I picked up animals. Got home to find that the cat was burned on shoulder, one dog with massively swollen ear, other dog with bald patch over one eye. All this for $194.00. Called them right away, they deny anything to do with the dogs and said sorry for burning your cat. What really gets me, is they never thought to mention any of this when I picked them up. Accidents happen, sure, But three animals hurt-never again.
