Unbelievable poor...
Unbelievable poor customer service. I walked into the gym and stood by the front desk. The two girls working there were laughing and giggling while showing each other stuff on their cell phones. I stood there for quite some time and I then said "excuse me". Which got a response from one girl "just give me a minute". I was floored by the lack of professionalism so I asked to speak with the manager. Which got a response from the girl who told me to wait while she clowned around on her phone. She said "yes go ahead I'm the manager". With that I left and I do not plan on returning.
