Mobile Snap Londonderry Mall - 701k-1

My Pixel 6 Pro old phone that I love for its telephoto camera (I have a pixel 8 now) had a shattered screen. No other issues, just the screen. I checked out Mobile Snap because they promised an OEM replacement for $140, other places were offering way more so it was sounding like a good deal. The employee swore it was genuine Google hardware*. Spoiler: It wasnt.

I bought a screen protector from the Londonderry location. The owner installed it for me. On the first drop the protector cracked after only a week of having it on. Went back to the store and explained the situation. I dealt with the owner again. He was rude, arrogant and unwilling to do anything to help. He doesn’t back his products and has very low customer service skills. Very unprofessional as well. I do NOT recommend giving this man any kind of business. Once he gets your money that’s it.
